This is a typical roman house with a nice view in the characteristic Piazza degli Zingari, in the heart of “Rione Monti”, really at 3 minutes by walk from Colosseum and the Imperial Rome area. It’s a first floor with 2 rooms, 2 big bed and a third bed if needed, Kitchen, fridge, air conditioning, laundry-machine, iron and a nice terrass in common on the top floor. Next door on the same floor, another flat, just a double room with a possible third bed, two windows, kitchen, laundry-machine, fridge, tv and private bathroom.

The owner was responsible of hotel receptions for about 20 years, he will show you how to profit of your time in the best way. LOCATION
Rione Monti is a special area to the Romans, that still live here, so it’s still authentic atmosphere, with its little streets, its artisans, shops and many kind of good and cheap restaurants. Excellent position to join the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Palatine or the Capitol Hill in few minutes by feet. Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon are 5 minutes far by electric bus 117. To join the Vatican 10 minutes by bus n. 40 or 64.

Public transportations: Service of public train to Termini Station in Rome. Price € 10. A train every 30 minutes.

Termini Station - ZINGARI APARTMENT

BY FOOT: take via Cavour and walk for 800 mts till Cavour Metro Stop. Here go right and walk Via Urbaba for 30 mts to get to Piazza degli Zingari.

BY CAR: once in Termini station go straight to reach Piazza della Repubblica and drive along via Nazionale for 100 mts. Then turn left into via Agostino Depretis for 300 mts and turn right in via Cavour driving for 500 mts. At the first traffic light turn right and immediately right in via Leonina. Drive for 300 mts to arriva in Piazza degli Zingari.

BY TUBE: from Termini take Metro Line B direction LAURENTINA and get off at 1st stop CAVOUR. From here it's a 30 mts walk.
