Double Bedroom Ground floor apartment in the beautiful area of Monteverde. The apartment, totally restructured, is composed of a large lounge with two comfortable sofa beds and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful double bedroom, a second room with two single beds, two wide baths and finally a nice terrace where, weather permitting, meals can be eaten under the sun. The area is very lively and is well served by many shops and by one of the most characteristic open market of the Capital. The apartment is well connected to the historical centre with public transport and the number 8 tram.

Terrace LOCATION
Monteverde is a district behind the Gianicolo hill on the left handside of the Tiber river. It became popular thanks to the write Pasolini who chose it for his romance Ragazzi di vita. Being a little far from the center of Rome but well linked by buses, Monteverde neverthelss offers many cultural visits: San Pancrazio catacombs, the Gianicolo hill and Trastevere nearby. Villa Doria Pamphili, the biggest park of Rome, is few minutes away.

Airport - Rome by train to Termini Station

Public transportations: Service of public train to Termini Station in Rome. Price € 10. A train every 30 minutes.

Termini Station - MONTEVERDE APARTMENT

BY CAR: once in TERMINI STATION go straight to reach PIAZZA DELLA REPUBBLICA and drive VIA NAZIONALE to reach PIAZZA VEENZIA. Here take the left and then the right taking VIA DEL TEATRO MARCELLO. After 400 mts turn right and drive along LUNGOTEVERE DEI PIERLEONI for 300 mts and turn left passing the GARIBALDI BRIDGE on the Tiber. Go straight along VIALE DI TRASTEVERE for about 2 Km and turn right in CIRCONVALLAZIONE GIANICOLENSE. After 1 km turn right in VIA DI MONTE VERDE and right in VIA FERDINANDO VEROSPI. The flat is at house n° 2.

BY BUS: from Termini take LINE H (DEI CAPASSO) and get off at 11th stop GIANICOLENSE/RAMAZZINI. Then walk for 200 mts the CIRCONVALLAZIONE GIANICOLENSE and turn left in VIA DI MONTE VERDE. After 150 mts you'll find VIA FERDINANDO VEROSPI on your right.
