B&B was born in 1600 as roman winegard, owned to the family that still nowadays lives here from 1726.
The owners have completly restored the property following modern concepts for tourism: all the rooms are provided with air conditioning, TV and private bathroom; the large suite has also a soufabed to accommodate 3 people and has a jacuzzi in the bathroom; TV sat and fireplace in the livingrom; wide garden with a gazebo for relaxing moments; parking on request. To reach the center and S. Peter's Square in ten minutes a bus line passes in front of the B&B Casale Altavilla.

It has three rooms elegantly furnished able to offer a quiet and relaxing stay to the guests. High quality design and parquet floors, coloured linen and bright rooms appearing to the large garden is what you'll find by choosing the B&B Casale Altavilla. The garden is at disposal of the guests who want to relax themselves after long journeys around Rome. All the rooms have air conditioning, TV and private bathroom; a large suite has a soufa bed in the livingroom to accommodate up to 4 people and a jacuzzi in the bathrom; TV sat and fireplace in the living room; wide garden with gazebo; parking on request (5 euros per day).

It is located just few steps from what is considered the centre of cristianity: the Vatican State and its impressive basilica, the biggest of the world, and S. Peter's Square bordered by the beautiful columned portico projected by architect Bernini.
Vatican Museums host one of the largest art collection of the planet and surely are worthy of a long visit.
Location of B&B Franci allows to easily visit the Gianicolo Hill, a green and panoramic area beside the Tiber river from where it's possible to enjoy one of the best view of Rome.
Carachteristical Trastevere district is reachable with a 15 minutes walk along via della Lungara, once the private street of the Pope. Termini Station is well linked to Vatican through the line A of the metro service while the Roman Forum and the Colosseum are reachable with a 10 minutes journey by bus passing by the Tiber river.
